Welcome To SnoBlind Land

SNOBLIND is the name of a rock cover band based in Oranjemund, Namibia. Yes although Namibia's sandy plains are  famous for rocks, dunes, sand and snakes amongst other things, it's also got us. We specialise in being as loud as possible, whenever possible.We were an eight piece, hence the moniker 'rock colony', but have since shrunk to a four piece and then grown to a five piece again.Hope you dig the site and find some inspiration to starting a rock band. If we could do it, believe me when I say that anybody could do it.

This is basically gonna be the spot where I inform all you peeps out there whats new and improved on the site, in terms of content and not actually site structure. See the Growing Pains section for that debauchery. Otherwise gonna try and add a little diary page to keep everyone updated on the band. This will include gigs, practise info, new covers we working on and hopefullly soon so new original stuff. Otherwise check back regularly for posts. 

09 Jul 2006 - Well I have been slaving away and have finally got the guestbook up and running and to my liking, I am so proud of me. Anyways leave a comment, just no dumb ones 

12 Dec 2006 - Looks like the end of the year is almost upon us and what do most of us have to show for it, empty wallets and lots of regrets, but in the case of SnoBlind we just got empty wallets. Gonna up load a few photo;s from the last gig we played at the Don. Gig was good and the band was pretty tight, was a pity the weather was not in our favor.

14 Dec 2006 - Ok so i have added a blog to this site, gonna start writing in it as soon as I wrap my mind around how the damn thing works, I will still be updating some stuff here so be sure to have a look at whats going in this corner.....
